Project recovery

The way in which project recovery is approached is dependant upon the current status and issues. The key points to focus on include:


   Current status assessment and root cause analysis
   Ignore reports and look for the true status (Technical viability, delivery competence,etc)
   Consult with Delivery Management

   Consult with Sales Team
   Consult with Operations team
   Consult with Client – perception is everything!

Review current approach to see if it willdeliver against Contractual obligations
